KEOLG.

 

We are a totally non-political campaign and lobby group - entirely financed by its members and through fundraising activities.

Although we seem to have won the short-term battle to protect the Green Belt countyside to the immediate east of Luton from the building of 5,500 new homes, KEOLG is determined to continue monitoring all ongoing threats to our area.

 

KEOLG is similarly opposed to the more recent planning application by Bloor Homes to build 1,000 houses in the same general Green Belt area on North Herts.

 

KEOLG continues its campaign and will jealously guard its integrity and impartiality.

 

The Luton  & South Central Beds. Joint Core Strategy has been submitted for Government inspection.  The Government inspector has already recorded several initial concerns and has called for an “Exploratory Meeting” on 18th May 2011
